At The Engine Room, our drinks menu brings together classic cocktails, draught and bottled beers, premium spirits and a carefully chosen wine list, all designed to pair beautifully with our food or stand alone for relaxed drinks in the Riverlights area of Derby city centre. From favourites like the Negroni, Classic Mojito and Old Fashioned to vibrant choices such as the Strawberry Mojito or our new Flaming Passionfruit Martini, there is something for every taste. For autumn and winter, we’ve added some seasonal cocktails including a Maple Cinnamon Old Fashioned and Black Cherry Fizz, alongside a refreshed wine list with choices from Italy, France, Spain, New Zealand, South Africa and beyond, alongside premium Champagnes, Prosecco and sparkling wines for those looking to celebrate.
