Lunch at The Engine Room in Derby is made for easy afternoons, whether you’re catching up with friends, grabbing a bite in your lunch break or entertaining a client.
Start with small plates like shredded duck gyoza or bang bang cauliflower, or keep it light with a classic Caesar salad or superfood bowl. If you’re after something more filling, our ciabattas are a go-to, from steak with red onion chutney to beer battered fish with tartare sauce. You’ll also find burgers and hand‑stretched pizzas that work just as well for a quick lunch as they do when you’ve got time to enjoy it. Lunch is served Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 4 pm, with sides and desserts like chocolate brownie or Eton mess if you fancy something sweet to finish.
