Your daily coffee just got even better. At The Engine Room, we believe loyalty deserves a little extra, which is why we have introduced our Coffee Loyalty Card. It is the perfect way to enjoy your favourite hot drinks and earn delicious rewards along the way.
How It Works
When you buy a full-price hot drink, you will collect a stamp. After each five stamps, you’ll be rewarded with a brownie, cake, or another tea or coffee. It’s simple – get your caffeine fix, collect stamps, and enjoy the rewards.

Coffee Loyalty Scheme – Terms & Conditions
By participating in The Engine Room Derby’s Coffee Loyalty Scheme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 16 and over.
Scheme is applicable only at The Engine Room, Derby.
Employees and immediate family members are excluded.
2. Earning Stamps
One stamp will be awarded for each full-price hot drink, including lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, filter coffee, and tea.
Stamps must be collected at the time of purchase; retroactive stamps will not be issued.
Discounted, promotional, or voucher-redemption drinks do not qualify.
3. Redeeming Rewards
Once five stamps have been collected on a loyalty card, you may redeem it for one free reward. Each card has the option to claim one of each of the rewards one time, in the following order:
A free brownie
A free tea or coffee,
A free cake.
Rewards must be redeemed in-store and at the time of transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or credit.
A fully stamped card must be surrendered when redeeming the reward.
Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.
4. Non-Transferable
Loyalty cards and rewards cannot be transferred or combined with others and hold no monetary value.
5. Scheme Modifications
The Engine Room Derby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be displayed in-store and on our website at engineroomderby.com/loyalty.
6. Fraud Prevention
The Engine Room Derby reserves the right to refuse stamps or cancel cards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7. Combination with Other Offers
The loyalty scheme cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.
