1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all matchday promotions at The Engine Room, including the Matchday Pizza & Pint offer and Matchday Loyalty Rewards (the “Promotions”). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms.

The Promotions are operated by The Engine Room in Derby (the “Venue”) and are governed by English law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FIFA or the FIFA World Cup.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotions run from 11 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 inclusive, unless amended, extended or withdrawn at the discretion of the Venue.

3. Matchday Definition

“Matchday” refers to days on which the Venue screens live World Cup football fixtures. Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are valid from one hour before kick-off until one hour after the final whistle.

4. Eligibility

• Promotions are available to customers aged 18 or over only

• Valid identification may be required

• Alcohol will be served in accordance with licensing laws and responsible drinking guidelines

5. Matchday Pizza & Pint Offer

The Matchday Pizza & Pint offer entitles eligible customers to any one standard pizza and one draught pint for £15, subject to the following:

• Valid on matchdays only within the stated time window

• Dine-in only at The Engine Room

• Subject to availability

• Limited to one per person per transaction

• Offer cannot be shared or split between multiple customers

• Excludes premium items, upgrades, extras, and non-draught drinks unless a surcharge is applied

• No substitutions unless expressly permitted

• No cash alternative, refund, or exchange

This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or set menu unless explicitly stated.

6. Matchday Loyalty Rewards

Matchday Loyalty Rewards operate during the promotional period and are subject to the following conditions:

• Rewards, points or stamps may only be earned on matchdays, and only within the matchday time window (one hour before kick-off to one hour after the final whistle)

• Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged

• Rewards must be redeemed by 31 July 2026, after which they expire

• Valid for dine-in only

• Subject to stock availability

• Limited to one reward redemption per visit, unless otherwise stated

Reward Restrictions

• Free drink rewards are limited to one draught pint, one small glass of house wine, or one draught soft drink only

• No alternatives or substitutions will be offered

• No cash alternative is available

Card Use

• Original loyalty cards only will be accepted

• Lost, damaged, copied, or altered cards will not be honoured

• Completed cards must be surrendered to the Venue in order to claim the final reward

Rewards are valid on full price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, set menu or offer.

7. Misuse and Right to Refuse

The Venue reserves the right to:

• Refuse service in accordance with licensing laws

• Refuse redemption where these Terms & Conditions have not been met

• Withdraw rewards or disqualify customers where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or abuse

8. Amendments and Withdrawal

The Venue reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under English law.
