  • We’re serving the Graduation Menu from noon until 9:45pm on Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th and Friday 17th of July 2026.

    • 08:00 – 12:00: School of Health and Social Care (on-campus), School of Science (online)

    • 12:15 – 15:45: School of Science (on-campus)

    Friday 17 July 2026

    • 08:00 – 12:00: School of Sport and Exercise Science, School of Computing

    • 12:15 – 15:45: School of Engineering and Built Environment

    Ceremony times and details may be subject to change until official invitations are issued.

  • The ceremonies and photography take place at Pride Park, which is located 1.5 miles from The Engine Room. This would take around 30 minutes to walk, around seven minutes by taxi or 16 minutes by bus.

  • Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. If you have specific dietary needs, let us know when booking and we will be happy to help.

  • Absolutely. Families of all ages are welcome. Our kids menu will be available.

  • The Engine Room is accessible for guests with mobility needs. If you require any assistance on arrival, please let our team know.
