Our restaurant opened in Derby in Autumn 2025 and has quickly become known for seasonal cooking, warm service and a relaxed yet upscale setting. From sharing plates and hand stretched pizzas to grilled meats, indulgent desserts and carefully mixed cocktails, everything we do is shaped by pride, warmth and genuine care for our guests.

Do I need previous experience?
It very much depends on the individual role. Some positions require experience but not all.

Yes. We provide on the job training and opportunities to develop as the restaurant grows.
